The
confectioner's shop DOLCEGEL is born from the life long experience of the
two founders, confectioners since adolescence, they decide to begin a new
reality using the skills learned in many years in the ranks.
DOLCEGEL Company was founded in Florence in 1977, with the idea of putting
on the deep-frosted market the products of artisan pastries. Sharing the
duty's of production and sale, the firm succedes in entering the market,
with devotion and seriousness, being aknowledged for the quality of the
products and the proven professionalism.
The succes of DOLCEGEL allows the company
the rreaching of a first important goal: in 1982 the first employees are
hired and the small working shop is abandoned for one more fitted for the
new demands of the production. With the increasment of business the good
old rules are not forgotten: the quality of the product comes first.

succes on the market depends on the idea, always pursued, of conjugating
tradition and progress: the artisan mastery and the research of better storaging
tecniques, quality raw materials and advanced processing methods.

ed efficienza hanno prodotto un progressivo potenziamento di DOLCEGEL che
nel 1999 cambia di nuovo sede e va ad occupare l'attuale laboratorio, aumenta
il personale e rinnova completamente i macchinari.
Oggi dieci persone lavorano quotidianamente nel laboratorio di DOLCEGEL. Personale qualificato ed affiatato, data la collaborazione ormai di lunga data che crea un ambiente confidenziale e, allo stesso tempo, altamente produttivo. Anche nei rapporti con i dipendenti DOLCEGEL cerca di coniugare il rapporto di rispetto ed amicizia tipico del lavoro artigianale con l'efficienza necessaria al commercio moderno.
Quality
and efficency produced a progressive enlargement of DOLCEGEL, which in 1999
changes office again and occupies the actual work-shop, increases her employees
and renews completly the machinery.
Ten employees work now daily in DOLCEGEL's work-shop. A qualified staff and also well going on, since the long dated collaboration, which creates an informal atmosphere and, in the mean time, highly productive. DOLCEGEL, in relation to the employees, tries to conjugate the relationship based on respect and friendship, tipical of artisan work, with the efficency required by modern commerce.
DOLCEGEL workshop is equipped with pasteurization machines,
ovens and freezers last generation, advanced machinery which allow an elastic
capacity of production, capable of satisfying every kind of customer, from
small to bigger volumes
